Our servers are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany and in Virginia, USA. Our agreement with AWS requires AWS to comply with the data protection laws that apply in the countries where our users are resident.
Recording of coaching sessions
With your consent, which our coaches will request at the beginning of each coaching session, and subject to applicable laws, we will record your coaching sessions for the purpose of providing you feedback on your performance and for quality control.
If your account remains inactive for 3 years or more, we will delete your account and all recordings linked to it.
Your right to access and correction
You have the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy of that information;
- Update or correct inaccuracies in that information;
- Object to our use of your personal information;
- Request deletion of your personal data from our database; and
- Request that we return your personal information to you or to a third party named by you.
